1. Service description

AFUHA is a global entertainment discovery and community platform. We help users discover movies, music, and related content, join discussions, and participate in real-world meetups. AFUHA does not host full-length copyrighted media files.

2. Account & conduct

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You agree not to upload infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. AFUHA Points (non-monetary)

AFUHA Points are promotional loyalty credits, not currency. Points cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or redeemed for monetary value unless explicitly stated in a future paid feature. 4. Meetups & events

Meetups are organized by community members. AFUHA is not the event operator and does not provide security, insurance, or venue services. Organizers and attendees participate at their own risk and must comply with local laws and venue rules.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant AFUHA a license to display and moderate it on the platform. We may remove content that violates guidelines or receives valid legal requests.

6. Rights holders

AFUHA does not host full-length films, TV episodes, or commercial music catalogs. If you believe catalog metadata, images, or user content affects your rights, do not use a general email — use our dedicated Rights & Licensing page and classified contact form. Select the correct category (takedown, correction, partnership, privacy). You will receive a ticket reference for tracking. We may correct, restrict, or delist content in response to valid requests.
