Three things to know
- AFUHA does not host full films or commercial tracks. We provide discovery metadata, community features, and links to licensed partners. Short UGC clips in moderated Blind Listen rounds and local uploads are separate and attested by uploaders.
- We respond to valid legal notices promptly. Target SLA: copyright takedowns within 24 hours for first response, 72 hours for an initial conclusion; privacy requests per applicable law (e.g. 30 days GDPR).
- Licensing and takedowns use separate queues. Promotion, verification, and partnership deals go through BD/Partnerships — not the Legal takedown queue.
