AFUHA Points Policy

Loyalty credits for community participation — not a virtual currency or payment instrument.

Draft for legal review — not yet attorney-approved. Last updated: September 2026

1. What Points are

AFUHA Points are promotional loyalty credits earned through eligible activity on the platform (reviews, meetup participation, approved UGC, onboarding tasks, etc.). Points reflect community contribution and unlock marketplace perks — they are not money.

2. What Points are not (P1)

  • Not purchasable with real money in Phase 1
  • Not transferable between users
  • Not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency
  • Not a stored-value or e-money product

3. Earning & ledger

Every credit and debit is recorded in your Points ledger with a reason code. AFUHA may adjust balances to correct errors, reverse fraud, or enforce moderation outcomes. Significant changes are reflected in your account history at Settings.

4. Marketplace redemptions

Points may be exchanged for listed perks (featured posts, meetup credits, profile highlights, partner offers where available). Redemptions are final unless a perk could not be delivered due to platform error. AFUHA does not guarantee third-party fulfillment.

5. Anti-abuse

Farming Points through spam, review bombing, fake meetup check-ins, or copyright-infringing UGC may result in balance adjustments, upload bans, or account suspension. See our Terms of Service and repeat-infringer policy in the compliance documentation.

6. China-specific note

AFUHA Points are designed to comply with PRC guidance on non-monetary loyalty programs: no user-to-user transfer, no fiat top-up, and no withdrawal. Paid studio promotion packages are separate commercial transactions, not Point purchases.
